Our Booking PolicyPassport services are given only in the mornings of Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 12:30pm. This is not for Australian visas, citizenship or immigration matters. Fees for all services are payable only in cash or card in Ethiopian Birr.

Passport Services

10 Year Adult Ordinary Passport (persons aged 16 and over)

Children under the age of 16 are not required to attend the appointment. Those aged 16 or 17 must attend the appointment. A parent/guardian must attend all child (those younger than 18 years) appointments.

Passport photos that do not meet our requirements will be rejected and this will delay the issue of your passport.

Fees are payable at the time of appointment in Ethiopian Birr, cash only.

Service time indicated is only for application lodging and document verification. Estimated processing time will be within ten weeks of lodgement.

Child Passport Application (5 years validity, for children under 16)
